I had a great experience with Davy and his team. He was great in his ongoing communication and his team was professional, reliable, and did a great job with our home renovation. They worked fast and efficiently while still paying close attention to detail and making sure everything was done properly. Very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend Davy and his team to anyone looking for quality work.

We hired Jacobs Construction Inc. to complete and legalize our second-unit basement in Ajax, and we are very happy with how everything turned out!

Davy was professional, reliable, honest and easy to communicate with throughout the project. He kept us updated, coordinated the different trades and made sure everything moved along properly from start to finish.

The project included the full basement renovation, including the bathroom, kitchen, laundry, flooring, finishing work and all the details required for the legal second unit. The finished space looks clean, modern and professionally done.

What we appreciated most was that Davy followed through on what he said he would do and made the whole process much easier for us. The quality of the workmanship was brilliant and we are really happy with the final result.

We would definitely recommend Jacobs Construction Inc. to anyone looking for a reliable contractor for a basement renovation or legal second-unit project in Ajax or the GTA.

Thank you Davy for my beautiful vegetable garden here in Belfountain! The Jacobs Construction Inc team did such an amazing job, they built an enclosed garden area, including the raised garden beds, fencing and protective enclosures. I’m so happy with how everything turned out!

Davy and his team are absolutely awesome!

After hearing so many scary stories about renovations in the GTA—contractors disappearing after taking an advance, leaving projects unfinished, or constantly delaying the work—I was honestly quite skeptical and nervous about hiring someone to finish our basement.

Thankfully, choosing Davy turned out to be a great decision. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, honest, and easy to communicate with. He clearly explained the work, kept us informed throughout the project, and most importantly, did exactly what he promised.

The biggest thing I appreciated was that the project was completed ON TIME, which is something that seems surprisingly difficult to find with renovation projects these days. The quality of the workmanship was also very good, and the pricing was reasonable and fair for the work involved.

Davy and his team were respectful of our home, paid attention to the details, and made the entire renovation process much less stressful than we had expected.

Overall, we are very happy with how our basement turned out. If you are looking for someone reliable, professional, reasonably priced, and committed to completing the job properly, I would definitely recommend giving Davy and his team a call.

Thank you, Davy, for a great job!

This is the best construction company you can hire. Very honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and experts in their field! It is really hard to find honest and reliable contractors nowadays and this is not something I take lightly. We got our basement legalized by them which is not easy in the Durham region but Jacobs Construction made sure to get the job done and followed through all the way to the end! This included a separate entrance, stairs downstairs to the basement, putting up a wall to block the entrance into our home kitchen, building a new kitchen downstairs, upgrading the whole flooring, putting up the drywall, creating a bedroom, closets, and full ensuite bathroom. They use the best quality material and have a team of professionals that pay close attention to detail to ensure you are satisfied with their service. I highly recommend them for any construction work in Peel, Durham, and greater Toronto areas. Whether it is upgrading an area/room or changing your flooring, Jacobs construction is the company / team for you!!

Thank you Jacobs Construction Inc team!
They took down my old crooked fence, and built a brand new one, with a gate, in under 2 days!
And somehow managed to find time to build my wife some vegetable garden boxes and arrange everything in between it all!
Before and after pictures to show how well the work was done, my backyard looks so good now, thank you!
Very professional, considerate, clean, and fast! Really appreciate it!

I’m extremely happy with the renovation and the beautiful work that was done! I took a chance and trusted this contractor even though I had never met him before and didn’t know anything about his company. From the very beginning, he was professional, honest, reliable, and easy to work with.

He listened to what I wanted, paid attention to the little details, and took real pride in his work. The transformation is amazing, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations, and the whole experience gave me even more confidence that I made the right choice.

I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor who is trustworthy, hardworking, and genuinely cares about doing a great job. Thank you for making my renovation such a wonderful experience! Looking forward to our next project!
Thanks again Davey!
